Terms for my services

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, assignments and agreements of SKYHAN, based in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

Quotes are valid for 14 days. An assignment is formed once both parties have confirmed it in writing by e-mail. Verbal agreements are not binding.

All services are delivered with a fixed scope and price agreed in advance. Work outside this scope is only carried out after an additional written assignment.

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If the payment term is exceeded, SKYHAN is entitled to suspend the work and to charge statutory interest.

Delivery takes place in agreed sprints. Two rounds of revisions per sprint are included in the price. Extra revisions are quoted separately.

SKYHAN is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost revenue. Liability is at all times limited to the amount invoiced for the assignment concerned.

After full payment, all rights to the delivered work pass to the client, unless agreed otherwise. Reused open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

SKYHAN treats all business information shared in the course of an assignment as confidential and does not share it with third parties.

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Gelderland. Version: May 2026.

These terms are a translation. In case of conflict, the Dutch text prevails.
