How I handle your data

SKYHAN is the freelance practice of Salih Kayhan: automation, AI systems and web development, from Arnhem. Contact: skayhan0@gmail.com.

Through the form I receive your name, company name and e-mail address, and, if you fill them in, your phone number and message. The form sends this to me as a message via Telegram. I only use it to reply to your question.

If you book a call, that goes through Cal.com. Cal.com processes your name, your e-mail address and the time you choose, puts the appointment in my Google Calendar and sends you a confirmation. I only use that data for the call.

What you type in the chat is sent to OpenAI for the reply. I do not keep the conversations; under its own policy, OpenAI may keep messages for up to 30 days to prevent misuse. Do not type sensitive personal data into it.

The process description and the figures you enter are processed for the analysis by an n8n workflow and by an OpenAI language model. I only use the input for that analysis; n8n may keep the run in its log for a while.

The site runs on Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site. To limit misuse I also use Upstash, on servers in the European Union. Upstash never gets your IP address itself, only a code (hash) of it that cannot be traced back, and keeps it for an hour at most. The site itself does not store your IP address anywhere.

I count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without storing your IP address. Vercel only sees anonymous data, such as the page, the site you came from, your country and the type of device. With that, I cannot recognise anyone.

I only process your data because you get in touch, book a call, use the chat or do the live test, and only to respond to that. The anonymous visitor statistics help me improve the site. The legal basis is legitimate interest and, for a request for an assignment, taking steps towards a contract.

OpenAI, Telegram, Vercel, Cal.com and Google may process data outside the European Union, under their own terms for international transfers.

I keep contact details and messages sent through the form, and the details of a booked call, for at most 12 months, or shorter if you ask for them to be deleted. I do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can object to the processing. To do so, send an e-mail to skayhan0@gmail.com. I reply within 5 working days. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This site does not use cookies to track you. The visitor statistics of Vercel Web Analytics work without cookies.
